The learning flow mirrors the WRFM value loop: define the decision, determine the evidence required, acquire and quality-control the data, diagnose the system, select an action and verify the result. Case work can include flowing and shut-in PLT, horizontal or multilayer wells, crossflow, allocation uncertainty, PI/IPR limitations, production constraints and candidate prioritization. The emphasis is on interpretation logic and the consequences of assumptions—not on pushing buttons in software.
Production technologists, reservoir and petroleum engineers, PLT interpreters, well-performance teams, WRFM practitioners, surveillance specialists and asset decision-makers.
Participants learn to frame better surveillance questions, integrate subsurface and surface evidence, communicate uncertainty and build a repeatable path from data to production value.
