Drilling, Completion & Intervention

PLAN THE OPERATION. UNDERSTAND THE INTERFACES. EXECUTE WITH CONTROL.
Reliable well delivery depends on more than knowledge of individual tools or procedures. Engineers must understand the interfaces between well design, drilling practices, completion architecture, well control, service execution and the condition of the existing well. Our programs connect these disciplines around the decisions that determine operational readiness and risk.

WHAT WE COVER

HOW PARTICIPANTS LEARN

Training is structured around realistic operational sequences rather than isolated definitions. Participants review objectives, well status, equipment limitations, pressure-control barriers, interfaces, failure modes and decision gates. Exercises may include service-program review, tool-string selection, readiness checks, risk registers, contingency planning and post-job learning. Content is adapted to the client's procedures, well types, maturity level and operating environment.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Junior and experienced drilling, completion, workover and intervention engineers; wellsite supervisors; operations personnel; service coordinators; and multidisciplinary asset teams.

CAPABILITY OUTCOME

Participants develop a more integrated view of the operation, ask better pre-job questions and make more disciplined choices when actual well conditions depart from the plan.
